DESCRIPTION:
Tsarry Night is a Russian Imperial Stout that has been in our winter line up at SBC since 2014. Its black-as-night hue comes from the expert blend of roasted barley, chocolate malt, and dark crystal malt. We carefully split this roasty stout and patiently aged it in 3 barrels: Cellar Series 14 year Bourbon barrel, Cellar Series 5 year Rum barrel and Templeton 6 year Rye barrel. After aging, the brew was expertly blended marrying the complex and delicious flavors of wood and spirits. The result is a unique full-bodied drinking experience fit for your inner king or queen. Pour in glass and let breathe a bit for peak flavor.

Tsarry Night is a strong stout brewed in the Russian Imperial Stout style. These strong stouts at one time were exported from England to Tsarist Russia and became known by the style designator Russian Imperial Stout.
