DESCRIPTION:

Bull Creek Brown Ale is a medium-bodied brown ale with a nuttiness from the Brown malt used in the mash. A subtle caramel note from the Crystal malt and a subtle chocolate/roasty flavor from the Chocolate malt balance the overall malt profile. The malt profile is balanced by a significant but not overwhelming cascade hop finish.

THE STORY:

We named this beer for one of our favorite local waterways. Bull Creek is a pristine creek located between Ozark and Branson on the east side of Highway 65. Winner of a Silver medal at the 2019 Great American Beer Festival in the American-Style Brown Ale Category
